Eligibility
Because much of the inventory on D'Gathering consists of original, one-of-a-kind creative work, returns and cancellations may be limited. Specific eligibility will be confirmed per product/category.
Process
To request a return, cancellation or refund, contact us through your account's order issue flow or via dgatheringofcreatives@gmail.com with your order number.
Timelines
Refund requests will be reviewed and, where approved, processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
Exclusions
Custom, made-to-order or clearly marked final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
