Creative Terms
These terms govern participation as a Creative on the D'Gathering platform, including onboarding, product approval, pricing, fulfilment, settlement and content standards. This is a placeholder policy pending final approval by D'Gathering.
Onboarding & Approval
Creative applications are reviewed by D'Gathering. Approval is at D'Gathering's discretion based on submitted information, portfolio and verification details.
Product Listings
Creatives may submit product listings for review. Products must be accurately described and comply with D'Gathering's content and quality standards. D'Gathering may approve, reject, or request changes to listings.
Pricing & Commission
Creatives set the base price for their products. D'Gathering may apply a markup or commission per product category, which is added to determine the customer-facing price.
Fulfilment
Creatives are responsible for fulfilling orders for their products in a timely manner and keeping order status updated.
Settlement
Proceeds owed to Creatives (after applicable commission) are settled to the eligible settlement account(s) provided during application, subject to D'Gathering's settlement schedule.
Content & Intellectual Property
Creatives retain ownership of their original work. By listing work on the platform, Creatives grant D'Gathering a licence to display that work for the purposes of operating the platform.
Account Standards
Creatives must maintain accurate profile and product information and comply with D'Gathering's community standards. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
